When over 180 ballistic missiles rained down on Israel, igniting the sky with orange and yellow bursts of fire, it was a sobering moment, to say the least. Not just because of what it threatened (the start of a major regional war between Israel and Iran). But also because of what it made clear to those paying attention: everywhere one looks, chaos is appearing.
A series of never-ending destabilizing events is gripping the world.
At one moment, it is Israel-Iran. At another moment, it is Ukraine-Russia. At another moment, it is something to do with the South China Sea. Not all the chaos stems from wars.
